I am a cultural anthropologist who is responsible for developing Swiss Re's customer experience strategy for its life insurance business.  Before coming to Swiss Re, I worked on African economic and development issues in academia and the public sector.   I have a DPhil from Oxford University, and I am passionate about using my anthropological lens and qualitative research skills to better understand people and companies.
