Fascinating article from The Atlantic that sheds light on an interesting question: What if we never run out of oil?

In their own words: 'New technology and a little-known energy source suggest that fossil fuels may not be finite. This would be a miracle—and a nightmare.'

A long, but very worthwhile read.

Fascinating peace - long but worthwhile. For me the value is not only on oil - it is to think through big changes in the way we live to the end.

It's not only about oil. What if

- we find the cure against cancer?

- governments in the world would be all debt free?

- we would live in a world of closed resource loops without waste?

Our lives will all look very different and thought the three points above would solve big global problems at the same time, there will be effects we have not thought about, yet?
